Sessions can be anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, you decide. The initial session is usually a little longer. Your coaching experience can go any where between 3 sessions and beyond.
It's always tailored to your needs. Based on the research there is a varying optimal number, but everyone is different. Some people do less, some do more.
