What's a coaching session like?

  • Aside from the basic introductions, we start with what you're hoping for? What is the thing you're hoping to change.

  • The foundation of good coaching is that YOU are the expert on you. Coaches don't convince or tell or instruct. We listen. We ask questions. Together we create a clear step by step path forward to get you where you want to go.

  • Absolutely not. You lead the conversation.

  • Sessions can be anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, you decide. The initial session is usually a little longer. Your coaching experience can go any where between 3 sessions and beyond.

    It's always tailored to your needs. Based on the research there is a varying optimal number, but everyone is different. Some people do less, some do more.
