Throughout her career, Natalie has seamlessly blended the art of coaching with the science of nursing, leveraging her expertise and numerous certifications to reverse chronic disease, enhance quality of life, and empower individuals to advocate for their own wellness. Her approach is heart-centered, empathic, and holistic, embodying a commitment to fostering well-being on mental, physical, and spiritual levels.
As the Wellness Director and Lifestyle Medicine Coach at St. John's Health, Natalie leads worksite wellness initiatives with a vision to promote a culture of vitality and resilience among employees, patients, universities, and community members. Her leadership extends beyond the confines of the workplace, as she collaborates with hospital departments, local businesses, and non-profit organizations to create impactful programs that address the diverse needs of the community.
